It is recommended to use your mobile phone to register for the vaccination so you can screenshot the QR code at the end of the registration. Upon arrival, you will show the screenshot photo from your phone screen for a speedy check-in.

**If you use your home computer for this registration, please have a printer available so you can print the QR code at the end of the registration.**

IF A PERSON IS ALREADY REGISTERED WITH TARRANT COUNTY, THE DATA AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERS TO ERATH COUNTY. THERE IS NO NEED TO RE-REGISTER.
