Perry Hardware Company:

Built in 1898 was for many years the home of Perry Hardware Company owned and operated by Hill and Hunt Perry at the corner of College and Belknap Streets. The building was generally known as “The Lawyers’ Building” because the upstairs had a hallway connecting six offices for lawyers. It was the only public building with full fireplaces upstairs with one in each office. Today it is the home of Scott’s Flowers.
