Crow Opera House/Chamber of Commerce

Before 1892, Dr. M. S. Crow came to Erath County from Meridian and organized the Erath County National Bank.  Dr. Crow’s wife, Mollie Jane, was successful in promoting the second story of the building to be used for cultural events, which accommodated 400 people and was used for theatrical productions, dances, and town gatherings.  The Chamber of Commerce is located there today.
