ERATH COUNTY VACCINATION CENTER

Hiring Part-Time/Temporary Help $12 Hour
 

Reception Coordinators
Assist the reception manager with greeting clients, assisting them with check-in procedures, mobility assistance, sanitizing chairs, clipboards, and pens after use.

 

Line Coordinator
Maintains ordered list of clients to the registration area, assists clients to the proper registration station. Cleans and sanitizes registration stations after each use.

 

Registrars
Enters client information into the ImmTrac and spreadsheet systems. Answers client questions regarding the registration process. Fills out the client paperwork. Must have a high level of computer and data entry skills.

 

Vaccine Scribe
Checks and documents vaccine information on client paperwork. Must have good handwriting.

 

Observation Unit Assistants
Assist the unit manager with the check-in, check-out, and monitoring of clients. Cleans/sanitizes the observation areas after client use.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Staff will be part-time or temporary employees of the City of Stephenville.

  • Must have a GED or HS Diploma

  • Must be proficient with computers/mobile devices

  • Must wear mandatory Personal Protective Wear

  • Bilingual is a plus
