Drug Collection Container
The Stephenville Police Department now has a Drug Collection Container located in the front lobby of the Police Department. The purpose of the Drug Collection Container is to keep medications away from our children and out of our water supply. City and County residents are encouraged to bring their expired, unwanted or unused prescription medications as well as over the counter medications and dispose of them in the Drug Collection Container. The Drug Collection Container is available 7 days a week 24 hours a day.
To Use the Drug Collection Container
- Pull open the door.
- Place the medication on the door.
- Close the door.
- The medication falls into a bin for safe disposal.

- Hydrogen Peroxide
- Thermometers
- Needles
- Bio Hazardous Waste
- Ointments or Lotions in oil tubes
- Liquids
- Aerosol Cans
- Inhalers
