Vendor Application

Stephenville Parks & Recreation hosts a variety of Special Events throughout the year creating great opportunities for vendors to be a part of! Please fill out all fields of the form below and contact will be made within 5-7 business days. Once approved, a payment link will be sent via email. Payment must be completed 48 hours prior to the event. 

Vendor Regulations

Vendor fees & Booth fees vary by selected event.

Vendor booth tables & chairs are provided at selected events.

All vendors MUST stay for the entire duration of the event. 

If selected, vendor information will be emailed out a week prior to the event.

Vendors may not be selected if another vendor has already been booked with similar products. 

Please keep in mind, the applications below are interest applications only. All applications must be reviewed and approved by staff before a vendor is confirmed for its selected event.
