Our Mission

The Stephenville Parks and Recreation Department (SPARD) operates at the Recreation Hall located at 378 West Long Street.

All registrations for leagues, programs, and activities can be completed at the Recreation Hall or online through your account portal with our software.

All programs offered by the Stephenville Parks and Recreation Department will emphasize the recreational model to promote skill and social development through participation and play. It is our goal that every participant has the same opportunity to participate in all activities and to make valuable memories.  We will strive to provide the best service in our community through our services provided.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM
