SPLASHVILLE CASHIER - PART-TIME

Department: Parks & Leisure

Reports to: Department Assistant

Salary: $9.00 - $12.00

JOB SUMMARY

The City of Stephenville is seeking full-time and part-time cashiers to work at Splashville approximately 20-35 hours per week. Please note that the pool is open from the end of May through the beginning of September.  

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Conduct all cash handling, day pass, and membership sales

• Admit patrons and guests into the pool upon arrival.

• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned (locking, unlocking, music, lights, etc)

• Assist with cleaning of the Splashville facility.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Must have first aid, CPR, and AED certification (or willing to receive it)

• Must pass a background investigation and drug test

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay in the heat for a minimum of 7 hours.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The majority of work is performed outside.
