2018 – 10-Inch Domestic Water Meters

Project Type:

The City of Stephenville has awarded the installation of 10-Inch Domestic Water Meters to B & L Construction of Hico, Texas on December 4, 2018. The two meters will be installed at W. Shirley Street and N. Rome Avenue, and W. Tarleton and N. Saint Peter Avenue.

2018 Professional Engineering Services - Storage Tank

The City of Stephenville is under contract with a firm to provide Professional Engineering Services for a 750,000 Gallon Garfield Ground Storage Tank Rehabilitation Project based on the evaluation completed on February 9, 2015

2019 – CDBG Water Line Improvement Project – Lennox / Dodge

Project Type:

The City of Stephenville accepted bids for 2017-18 TxCDBG Water Line Improvement Project along South Lennox Avenue between East Washington Street and East Pearl Street, along East Dodge Street between South Lennox Avenue and East Road Street and along South Fairfax Street between East Dodge Street and East Hook Street within the City of Stephenville. Bids for construction were accepted on Wednesday, August 21, 2019, reviewed and approved by council October 1, 2019 to B & L Construction. Construction began January 7, 2020.

2019 Texas Community Development Block – Lennox / Dodge / Fairfax

Project Type:

Stephenville was awarded by the Texas Department of Agriculture the Community Development Fund award in support of water improvements to the Lennox, Dodge and Fairfax area (TCDBG  Utility Map). On January 2, 2017, the city council met and approved after review of submittals received, the administrative service were awarded to Public Management and Engineering Services to Pacheco Koch of Fort Worth prior to the application process.

2018-19 Water Well Field Development Project

Project Type:

The City of Stephenville has awarded the Professional Engineering contract agreement with Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. of Lubbock, Texas with the approval of City Council on September 4, 2018 for the project described in the Water Well Field Development RFQ and the Water Well Field Development Map showing the project location.
