The City of Stephenville has awarded Professional Engineering contract agreement for a Master Utility Infrastructure Management Plan to Freese and Nichols of Fort Worth, Texas with the approval of the City Council on September 4, 2018 for the project described Master Utility Infrastructure Management Plan RFQ.
