The City of Stephenville awarded the Professional Engineering firm SCS Engineers, Inc. with resources, experience and expertise in the timely delivery of solid waste related professional services for landfill master planning, construction of two permitted Type IV landfill cells and TCEQ permitting assistance. Engineering firms with extensive experience in landfill cell design and construction as well as TCEQ permitting are invited to respond to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
