The City of Stephenville accepted bids for 2017-18 TxCDBG Water Line Improvement Project along South Lennox Avenue between East Washington Street and East Pearl Street, along East Dodge Street between South Lennox Avenue and East Road Street and along South Fairfax Street between East Dodge Street and East Hook Street within the City of Stephenville. Bids for construction were accepted on Wednesday, August 21, 2019, reviewed and approved by council October 1, 2019 to B & L Construction. Construction began January 7, 2020. The engineer overseeing the project is Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers, Clint Bissett, P.E. at 972-235-3031, located at the 118 N. Ohio St., Celina, Texas 75009.
