You may download these forms and duplicate. Your request for a District Tournament must be submitted by May 1st. Requests for State Tournaments for the following year must be submitted January 15th.
TTA invites all affiliates to nominate candidates for the annual scholarship awards announced at our Annual State Affiliates' Meeting in August. Details are available on the form. Deadline for entry is July 1st.
