  1. Call to Order 
  2. Consider approval of minutes of the July 13, 2017 meeting 
  3. Case No.: V-2017-010: Applicants, Billy Jack, and Ann Parr, are requesting a 3.5 ft. Variance from the 5 ft. side yard setback requirements for a single-family dwelling in the R-3 zoning district, in order to construct a carport to within 1.5 ft. of the side property line, on the property located at 590 W. Pecan, being Lot 9, Block 1, of the Butler Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas.
  4. Case No.: V-2017-011: Applicant, Tom Perales III, is requesting a 3.5 ft. Variance from the 5 ft. side yard setback requirements, and a 9 ft. Variance from the 25 ft. front yard setback requirements for a single­ family dwelling in the R-3 zoning district, in order to construct a carport to within 1.5 ft. of the side property line, and 16 ft. of the front property line, on the property located at 1193 N. McCart St., being Lot 6, Block 6, of the Butler Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas.
