I. Call to Order.

II. Approve minutes from September 21, 2016 meeting.

III. Public Hearing for Planning and Zoning Commission Case PP2016-01:

The property is legally described as a total of 9.78 acres of a tract of land, located in the William Motley Survey, Abstract No. 515, Erath County, Texas being all of a 2.822 acres of land tract deeded to Stephen Fambrough in Volume 1088, Page 294, of the official public records of Erath County, Texas, and all of a certain 1.32 acres tract and a 5.64 acres tract deeded to Stephenville Equity L.L.C. in Document No. 2013-01634 of said Official Public Records, City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas.

A request has been made by Mr Charles Gillespie, P.E. of Consulting Environmental Engineers, Inc., in behalf of Scott Allen of Stephenville Equities, LLC and Stephen Fambrough, for a Preliminary Plat application for the Forest Subdivision to create a total of 17 individual lots for a mixture of low density residential, medium-density residential and commercial development. The property is approximately located at the northwest corner of Forest Road and the Northwest Loop, Stephenville, Erath County, Texas.
