2. Consider approval of minutes of the April 11, 2017 meeting

3. Public Hearing: Case No. BOA V2017‐003: Applicants, Winsett Reddoch, and Verdad Real Estate, Inc., are requesting a 120.632 square foot Variance from Section 12: Sign Regulations, of the City Of Stephenville Zoning Ordinance, in order to install a “Commercial Pole Sign” in a (B‐2) Retail and Commercial Business zoned district, with a maximum area of 167.06 square feet, on the property, being approximately 32,750 square feet of land located at 3011 West Washington Street, City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas, being a portion of Parcel ID No. R000023759 as depicted on exhibit “A”.

4. Public Hearing: Case No. BOA V2017‐004: Applicant, Barbara Owen, is requesting a 17 ft. Variance from the 25 ft. front setback requirement, and a 3 ft. Variance from the 5 ft. side setback requirement, in order to construct a carport to within 8 ft. of the front property line, and 2 ft. of the side property line in an (R‐3) Multiple Family Residential zoned district, on the property located at 1007 West Oak Street, being Lot 4, Block 2, of the Frey Second Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas.
