  1. Consider approval of minutes of the June 1, 2017 meeting


  1. PUBLIC HEARING -Case No.: V2017-007 Applicants, William and Angela Carlton, are requesting a 10 ft. Variance  from  the 25 ft. side yard setback  requirements  for  a corner  lot, in order to construct a single family residence to within 15 ft. of the side property line in an R-3 (Multiple Family Residential) zoned district, located at 1051West Elm, being Lot 15, Block 4, of the Frey Second Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas.


  1. PUBLIC HEARING Case No.: V2017-008 Applicants, Julie and David Phillips, are requesting a 5 ft. Variance from the 7 ft. side yard setback requirements, and an 18 ft. Variance from the 25 ft. front yard setback requirements,  in order to  construct a carport to  within 7 ft. of  the  front property line, and 2 ft. of the side property line, in an R-1(Single Family) zoned district, located at 1779 Bingham Avenue, being Lot 25, Block 1, of the King and Braeuer Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas.
