  1. Call to Order
  2. Consider approval of minutes of the May 11, 2017 meeting
  3. PUBLIC HEARING – Case No.  V2017-005  Applicants, Winsett Reddoch, and Verdad Real Estate, Inc., are requesting an 84.442 square foot Variance from Section 12: Sign Regulations, of the City of Stephenville Zoning Ordinance,  in order to install a “Commercial Pole Sign” in a (B-2) Retail and Commercial Business zoned district, with a maximum area of 130.87 square feet, on the property, being approximately 32,750 square feet of land located at 3011 West Washington Street, City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas, being a portion of Parcel ID No. R000023759 as depicted on exhibit “A”.
  4. PUBLIC HEARING –   Case No.  V2017-006  Applicants, Winsett Reddoch, and Verdad Real Esate, Inc., are requesting a 48.442 square foot Variance from Section 12: Sign Regulations, of the City of Stephenville Zoning Ordinance,  in order to install a “Commercial Pole Sign” in a (B-2) Retail and Commercial Business zoned district, with a maximum area of 94.87 square feet, on the property, being approximately 32,750 square feet of land located at 3011 West Washington Street, City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas, being a portion of Parcel ID No. R000023759 as depicted on exhibit “A”.
